Reproductive Health Clinic Information
September 06, 2010The Reproductive Health Program is an integrated approach to promoting optimal, sexual health of men and women. The program promotes preventative healthcare practices, including responsible behaviors, to prevent unintended pregnancy, reduce the incidence of sexually transmitted diseases (STD), and avoid delays in cancer detection.
Our reproductive health services include family planning (birth control), STD, or Illinois Breast and Cervical Cancer (IBCCP) program services.

Location: Piatt County Office: 1020 S. Market Monticello, IL 61856
Eligibility: For Family Planning: Must be a resident of Piatt County and not have health insurance which covers women’s health exams or birth control.
For STD testing, counseling, treatment: Must be a resident of DeWitt or Piatt County.
For Illinois Breast and Cervical Cancer Program: Must be a resident of DeWitt or Piatt County and meet specific IBCCP Program Guidelines.
Cost: Fees are on a sliding scale based on income. No one is refused service due to inability to pay. Medicaid and Healthy Woman Illinois (Pink Cards) are accepted.

How do I get services? : Call for an appointment. If you are an IBCCP client, they will make an appointment for you.
Hours: Two Mondays per month; 10-6 & 8-4. Call for dates
