DeWitt-Piatt Bi-County Health Department provides Child Passenger Safety Technicians to help with car seat installation.  This service is available to any resident of DeWitt County and Piatt County at no cost.  Some individuals will qualify for a free car seat after training.  Please call either of our offices to find out more.  For DeWitt County call 217-935-3427 and for Piatt County call 217-762-7911
